1. Eligibility: VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
Participants must be 18 years of age and older as of August 2, 2010 and must be a legal resident of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) (“Participants”). Employees of Keds, LLC and their affiliated companies and direct family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Participation:
Participants who sign up for Keds or PRO-Keds email updates on Keds.com or Prokeds.com between 12 pm ET August 2, 2010 and 11 pm ET November 1, 2010 are automatically eligible. All entries will become the sole property of Keds and will not be returned to entrants. Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy set forth in the Keds.com site apply if you register for email updates. You can elect to opt out of email updates at any time in accordance with the site’s Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
3. Prize:
(One (1) winner will receive Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250) worth of Keds® or PRO-Keds® branded product available on Keds.com or Prokeds.com. A winner will be chosen by random drawing by Keds.
4. Prize Restrictions:
The Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of Prize will be provided. Any expenses and applicable taxes relating to the acceptance and use of the Prize not specified are the responsibility of the Prize recipient. The Prize cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
5. Prize Notifications:
The winner will be announced by 5 pm ET November 18, 2010. The winner will be contacted via email and instructed on how to receive the Prize by November 30, 2010.
6. Additional Terms:
Keds, LLC, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel this Drawing or disqualify any Participant if fraud or technical failures (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention), or any other causes beyond the control of Keds, LLC compromises the integrity of the Drawing. By participating, each eligible Participant agrees to a.) the Official Rules and the decisions of Keds, LLC which shall be final in all respects; and b.) release, discharge and hold harmless Keds, LLC, their respective member financial institutions, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Drawing and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the Prize.
